Finding Peace in Crisis

This free "Finding Peace in Crisis" hypnosis track has been designed to help you do just that. Whether you're facing a difficult challenge, dealing with stress, or simply looking for a way to find peace and calm in your life, this track can help.

With the guidance of a trained hypnotherapist, you'll be taken on a journey of deep relaxation and visualization, designed to help you release stress and find inner peace. All you need to do is find a quiet place to sit or lie down, put on your headphones, and follow along with the guided hypnosis.

Throughout the Jōrni, we use hypnotherapy to help our members find holistic wellbeing. If you have never done hypnosis before, this is a great time to experience its positive effects. For this particular hypnosis track, you will be following Petra's voice, guiding you through this hypnotherapy track. Here are a few pointers, if you are a hypnosis newbie.

  • Find a quiet place, where you won't be disturbed during the hypnosis. Close the blinds or curtains and dim the lights. The atmosphere should be peaceful and calm and promote relaxation for you. Get into a comfortable position. You may nod off during the hypnosis, so make sure you are supported if you nod off, or lie down somewhere comfortable and safe.
  • Hypnosis enables you to reach a very deep state of relaxation. There is no need to be afraid that you will get stuck in limbo, or won't be able to wake up after. The entire time, you can exercise your own free will, bring yourself back, and wake up.
  • One of the benefits of hypnosis is that you can go beyond your conscious mind and directly affect positive changes within your subconscious mind. In this very deep state of relaxation, you will receive positive suggestions, which will make lasting, positive changes. For example, these suggestions include releasing your anxiety and finding peace and strength.
  • For these suggestions to be effective and make lasting changes for you, we recommend listening to the hypnosis track once a day for seven days in a row. You will start to feel these positive changes more and more every day, as your subconscious mind internalizes the positive suggestions.
  • We have not had anyone have a negative experience with our meditation and hypnosis tracks, but you can end the hypnosis at any time, if you feel uncomfortable. It is always your choice and we encourage you to follow whatever feels best for you.
