Program Terms and Participation Notice

Please read these Program Terms and Participation Notice carefully before enrolling. These terms govern your participation in the program and form a legally binding agreement between you and the program provider.

These Program Terms and Participation Notice apply to The Nervous System Solution for Chronic Stress, including both the live facilitated 7-week program and the self-paced 7-module version.

This program is offered by PJB Marketing International SAS, a company registered in France.

1. Nature of the Program

The program is an educational offering focused on nervous system education, stress physiology, and experiential practices designed to support self-awareness and self-regulation.

The program is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed healthcare service.

No therapeutic, medical, or clinician patient relationship is created by your participation in the program.

2. Educational Purpose Only

The program content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

While the program may address topics related to stress, trauma, wellbeing, and nervous system function, it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Participation in the program should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participation in the program is voluntary.

You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and for managing your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing during and after the program.

You agree to engage with the program at your own pace and to modify or discontinue any practice that causes discomfort, distress, or overwhelm.

4. Assumption of Risk

The program may include body based, attention based, or experiential practices.

You acknowledge that participation may involve emotional or physical responses and that individual experiences vary.

By participating, you voluntarily assume responsibility for any effects that may arise from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the provider, as defined under applicable French law.

5. No Guarantees

No specific outcomes, results, or benefits are guaranteed.

Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of experiences are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees of results.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The program does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are advised to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to participating if you have any medical condition, mental health condition, or history of trauma.

If you experience a medical or psychological emergency, you must contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable French and European Union law, the liability of PJB Marketing International SAS in connection with the program shall be limited to the amount paid by you for participation in the program.

This limitation does not apply where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to videos, written materials, audio recordings, and exercises, are the intellectual property of PJB Marketing International SAS.

Program materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
