Can I still benefit from the program if I miss the live classes?

Absolutely! All class sessions will be recorded, so you can easily watch or listen later. You'll also receive complete session transcripts, giving you multiple ways to engage with the material even if you cannot attend live.

How much time should I plan for the program each week?

Each week offers a 90-minute live session, including a 30-minute integrative group practice. Beyond that, we encourage setting aside small, intentional periods during the week to review the program slides, listen to guided meditations, and apply the practices in your daily life. Because everyone's schedule and energy differ, choose a rhythm that feels supportive and manageable for you. Your personal engagement with the program will directly shape the transformation you experience.

We have a private online community for everyone in the program, where you can connect with fellow Jōrni members, discuss your experiences, and ask questions as you move through the course. It is a welcoming space to get additional support and deepen your learning.
