The Freeze to Free Flow is your companion for ongoing balance, resilience, and healing as you move forward on your path. This flow is designed to provide support as you manage life’s stressors and navigate your healing journey.
When we experience Functional Freeze, our nervous system becomes stuck in survival mode, making it difficult to engage fully with life, feel joy, or even imagine making decisions or changes. The Freeze to Free Flow serves as a bridge to the other side, where you can begin to thrive rather than just survive. Through gentle movement, grounding practices, and exercises that cultivate presence and alignment, this flow invites you to connect with your true self and embody the qualities you need to flourish.
The exercises in this flow are meant to help you maintain nervous system balance, strengthening your capacity for resilience. As you engage with these practices, you’ll build a foundation that supports you in handling stress, cultivating emotional awareness, and empowering yourself to live with intention. These movements, breaths, and visualizations help you connect deeply with the present moment, the space where true healing and transformation can occur.

Of course, I understand that life does not always allow time for a full 20-30-minute practice. For those busy days when you still want to maintain balance and stay connected, I’ve created two shorter flows: The Freeze to Free Flow Morning Practice and The Freeze to Free Flow Evening Practice. These 10-minute flows are designed to fit into your busy schedule, helping you begin and end your day with intention, even when time is limited.
The 10-minute morning flow helps you feel energized and grounded as you start your day. It creates a calm and positive foundation, gently activating your body and mind so you feel prepared for whatever the day may bring. The movements focus on waking up your energy and supporting your nervous system, so you can step into the day with energy and focus.
The 10-minute evening flow is all about unwinding. It allows you to release the tension that may have built up during the day, resetting your nervous system and preparing your body for rest. I’ve adapted the visualization in this flow to be done lying down, allowing you to fully relax. If you drift off to sleep during or after the visualization, that’s completely fine. Let it guide you into a peaceful, restorative night.
Both of these shorter flows come from the Freeze to Free Flow, focusing on the essential exercises that help you stay balanced, even when time is limited. The full flow offers deeper regulation and long-term healing, but these shorter practices give you the flexibility to maintain your connection to yourself, even on the busiest days. Whether you have 10 minutes in the morning or evening, these flows offer a simple way to stay grounded and aligned, no matter how much is going on around you.
As you practice, remember that this isn’t about doing things perfectly.
