Please read these Masterclass Terms and Participation Notice carefully before registering. These terms govern your participation in the event and form a legally binding agreement between you and the event provider.
These Masterclass Terms and Participation Notice apply to any Masterclasses, which are offered as a virtual live event.
This Masterclass is offered by PJB Marketing International SAS, a company registered in France.
1. Nature of the Masterclass
The Masterclass is an educational and experiential live event covering a range of topics related to holistic health, wellbeing, and personal development.
The Masterclass is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed healthcare service.
No therapeutic, medical, or clinician patient relationship is created by your participation in the Masterclass.
Some masterclasses may be co-taught or include guest facilitators. Guest facilitators contribute from their own professional perspective and experience, and are solely responsible for the content they share. Participation does not create a therapeutic, medical, or professional relationship with any guest facilitator.
2. Educational Purpose Only
The Masterclass content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
While the Masterclass may address topics related to stress, trauma, wellbeing, and holistic health, it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Participation in the Masterclass should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participation in the Masterclass is voluntary.

No specific outcomes, results, or benefits are guaranteed.
Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of experiences are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees of results.

All event materials, if any, including but not limited to written materials, audio resources, or exercises, remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
Any materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the rights holder.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
